Our scope of work also includes installation of additional software and carrying out of a complex of test and measurement work on your company's networks at the customer's request, with official presentation of the results to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications and Information Technologies (Gosvyaznadzor).
The warranty for the work performed is 2 years (the lifetime of the equipment is 20 years) from the date of commissioning. Our company provides full warranty service of ATSs and equipment of D ECT and I P-telephony standard purchased from us, including full technical support to the Customer on all issues related to its operation: consultations (if necessary - on-site visit of the equipment installation), provision of necessary technical materials, informing about new versions of software and hardware. 24 hours a day there is a telephone hotline in the service center of "ALS & TEC" company in Saratov.

Training of specialists is carried out in the training center in Saratov.

Fully domestic software and hardware complex allows to use ALS system in domestic applications related to national security.

Our company is an operator of local telephone services in Saratov with installed capacity of 30000 subscribers. OOO "ALS & TEC" and OOO "Promsvyazmontazh" are our founders and have recently implemented a number of serious projects for industrial enterprises and state structures OAO "Volgogradelectrosvyaz In Balakovo city of the Saratov region ALS-4096 has been working since 1999. In the city of Balakovo of the Saratov region since 1999 a central ALS system exchange for 3600 numbers was put into operation. In the city of Kalach-on-Don of the Volgograd region in 2001 a central ALS system exchange for 1500 numbers was installed. Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, on departmental networks - Volga Railways (8000 ports), JSC Saratovsteklo, Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc. In total by the end of 2002 there are more than 150,000 ports of ALS equipment on the Russian PSTN, which is the main evidence of the quality of our work.
